The most interesting part is that the gap between the Harry Potter author and the next literature’s biggest earner, James Patterson is $250 million!!! Rowling was called a sensation. I love the phrase in Forbes: “ … it was wizardry that transformed JK Rowling from a destitute single mother on welfare into a best-selling billionaire…”

Harry Potter big screen franchise has already generated $4.5bn and it is not the end … The success is tremendous: her books have sold more than 400 million copies and you can meet them on 67 languages.
