Hello! Do you still remember my promise? Yeah! So, do I. Actually, it happened! I have read the seventh book, named Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows from title-page to colophon. And… To tell the truth, I must confess, now I feel slight disappointment. Because, even being an idealist and loving Harry Potter it is impossible but to notice, that there are so many discrepancies. Also, Harry became older but books about him became darker and pessimistic.
Believe me, while reading Harry Potter and the Deathly Hollows you will for sure notice, that this book was written by Joan Rowling, it is her genuine style, her jokes and some may be stupid moments, when something unpleasant is happening but you want to laugh and read more and more. As for me, there are too many deaths and murderers. Too many people have died: Voldemort, Severus Snape, Dobby, Lupin etc. Then there are too many storylines (horcrux, Harry’s parents) sometimes their end is really unfinished. While reading, I have and impression that the author is
hurrying somewhere and for sure, doesn’t meet deadlines. Although, this book has 785 pages, I still didn’t find out anything about the life of some heroes, I mean, for example, information about Dean’s father. Also, there are some geographical inaccuracies. I didn’t like Harry’s attitude to education, as well. He played truant the whole 7th year and it is awful, because in the previous books he taught us how it is wonderful to go to school and to stay there together with your friends and now his principles have changed! To my mind, it is not good, when children (and they ,of course, adore Harry Potter) think that education is unimportant.
Nevertheless, I still can not believe that there will be no books about Harry Potter anymore. I am very, even extremely happy that Harry didn’t die, that he is still alive and I even can make my own book. I still suppose, that Joan Rowling will make the eight book (Encyclopedia) about Harry Potter and his friends, because she has a lot of material that wasn’t included into book. Harry I want to thank you again! You are my best friend forever! I am looking forward to our next meeting! You are my best friend forever! You were with seven years! I am looking forward to our next meeting! I hope this lucky event will happen soon and we will be together

JK Rowling is suck. I’m getting tired about the Harry Potter. This story getting more and more bore, where is her creativity?
Hello, King. Unfortunately, I’ve noticed the same! Moreover, each book is darker and darker. May be she has forgotten who her target audience is.
Easy guys!! Harry Potter is the best you would imagine. I would read BILLION pages even if they SUCK!! I mean really, as long as these pages include Harry Potter or anything about him or the wizarding world i would read it no doubt.
And, who are we KIDDING?? there are no more Harry Potter books anymore, at least no more STORIES.
Thank you for your thoughts and reply! Yeah! We have to say good-bye to Harry Potter and his friends, and say hello! to our new life without him. Because J.K. Rowling is not going to return to her writing about Harry anymore. But I will be very glad to read at least encyclopaedia about him.
Harry Potter is the best. I never liked reading before and now I do since Harry Potter. I have read all 7 in a matter of a few months.
Of course the books are going to get darker, Voldemort has come back- do you expect everyone to be all happy and smiley? No. Harry only leaves Hogwarts to hunt for Horcruxes, the mission Dumbledore left him. He loves school, so he can get away from the Dursleys and he wouldn’t leave intentionally. I think the ending was great, it informs you of Harry and Ginnys family and how happy they are. It’s more interesting than everyone having perfect families, and no one dies ever- it’s more realistic
Okay, I don’t care what any of you say. Harry Potter is the BEST series of books. JK Rowling is a genius. (And, it is Joanne, not Joan) If you read the books thoroughly, you’d understand. And of course they’re getting darker! Voldemort came back! What did you people expect?! It’s not going to be all happy-go-lucky and everyone being perfect and having a good time. It’s realistic. In real life, people die and you never know everything about everyone. So how can you expect to have a good book if it’s not realistic? Personally, I always hated those stories that were like that. And Joanne’s target audience has never been little kids. It’s been teens and adults. Little kids would never understand. So why would it matter if Harry has to leave school?! Anyone old enough to read the books is old enough to know better! And if parents don’t like that, then they shouldn’t let their kids read the books. Simple as that. Personally, I think this book is the best in the series.
