Joan Rowling lost the hearing considering private life of people. She initiated proceedings against a UK photography agency, Rowling wanted photos of her son in order to prohibit further publications of her son photo.
Joan Rowling (Murray according to her husband surname) and her husband had a walk with their son, during this walk, there was made a photo of their song from a very long distance, using a long lens on a photo-camera. The judge on this hearing said, that children of celebrities can not be guaranteed free-press areas. the lawyer of Joan Rawling stated, that the Judge didn’t pay attention, that celebrities suffer from photographers and paparazzi like no other people.
Yeah, Joan Rowling and her family are rich people, famous people, but, first of all, they are just people, and have opportunity for their own, private life and law must be more prepared to such situations and to adopt laws in order them to be ready to protect vulnerable celebrities from invasion onto their rights. Sometimes, it may seem that nobody think about celebrities life! And everybody suppose, that these lives are all so sweet and amazing.
Mrs Murray is going to appeal the decision of the Court, because in this case we deal with the intruding into the life of people. This shot perfectly illustrates that there is celebrities cashing in our world.
